Starting his career as a service boy in a catering company, Mr. R.S Gopi immersed himself in every aspect of the business. Step by step, he absorbed knowledge, observed operations closely, and built a deep understanding of the catering industry.

With a strong desire to master the craft, he began learning the art of cooking under the guidance of experienced masters. He first specialized in vegetarian cuisine, perfecting traditional and contemporary veg dishes. Determined to expand his expertise, he later trained rigorously to prepare biryani for large gatherings, gaining hands-on experience in handling bulk orders with precision and consistency. These formative years shaped his skills, discipline, and commitment to quality.

Armed with years of experience and unwavering determination, Mr. R.S Gopi embarked on a new journey in 2014, establishing his own venture — RS CATERERS. What began as a modest operation handling small-scale orders gradually evolved through sheer hard work, dedication, and an uncompromising focus on customer satisfaction.

From the very beginning, Mr. R.S Gopi has always had a strong desire to bring innovation into catering. He continuously introduces new dishes and diverse cuisine options, ensuring every event menu feels fresh, modern, and exciting. Today, RS Caterers proudly delivers events of every scale-from 100 to 10,000 guests supported by a spacious and fully modernized kitchen facility. Two years ago, the company further strengthened its commitment to quality and tradition by building a dedicated Pure Vegetarian kitchen, ensuring authenticity and maintaining the highest standards for all pure veg orders.
